Request for Proposal for New Recording, Imaging and Indexing System Released
AUSTIN, TX (February 6, 2017)
Travis County Clerk Dana DeBeauvoir announced the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new recording, imaging, and indexing system for Travis County. The County Clerk’s Office currently uses the Anthem system for official public record (OPR) documents filed with the office. Deed records, marriage records, and public meeting notices are among the types of important documents that are maintained in the Recording system. Many of those documents are made available to the public free of charge through our website. “I am proud of the work that our office does to make public records as easily accessible as possible” said DeBeauvoir. “We look forward to reviewing proposals that will allow us to implement the latest technology in order to expand public access and provide excellent service to the public.”
